had a private pool villa, with a good size pool that got sun for part of the day. room was a good size and staff were helpful. had room service twice and food arrived hot and was tasty and as described, not expensive. some parts of the complex were shut, but i believe this is stated when you book, as they are just reopening post covid. some of the communal areas needed a bit of tlc, but it did not spoil our trip and i think as more people start travelling, they will be able to address this.

Quiet neighborhood, grate for rest and relax. Good food , jacuzzi on balcony is great idea.

The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and the resort is amazing. I like the fact that reception are always available to help and taxis and transfers can easily be arranged via the airport. It is expensive to use their taxi service. Bolt works just fine and is very decent priced!

the location was good, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. the room I chose I was with a spa bath and we enjoyed it. overall experience was good and we really enjoyed this. the best thing I liked about the hotel was that the rooms are very spacious and there’s constantly hot water running.

Pool too the room, room, location if you don’t want to be in centre of Patong. Restaurant good and nice staff very good.

we were very impressed with our huge room and private pool which looked down to another pool. the room was incredible.

I read a lot of bad reviews about this resort and was sceptical about booking here but I am 100% glad I did. I booked a 2 bedroom suit then moved into pool villa. Was an amazing experience in both room types I will definitely be booking here again. All boxes ticked from check in to check out.
